How account deletion works

    Use the contact page and say it’s a data-deletion request.

    We confirm the request comes from the account owner or someone authorised to act for them.

    We delete your data

    Eligible data is removed or anonymised from our active systems.

    We let you know when it’s done, or explain anything we’re required to keep.

What we delete

  • Your profile details
  • Listings, favorites and saved preferences
  • Messages and images linked to your account
  • Linked sign-in identifiers (Google, Facebook, WhatsApp)

Include in your request

  • Your full name
  • The email or phone number on the account
  • A clear request to delete your account and data
  • Anything that helps us find your listings or messages

What we may keep for a while

  • Transaction, fraud-prevention and abuse-prevention records where the law requires it
  • System logs and backups, removed on our normal retention schedule
  • Records needed for legal, regulatory, tax or dispute purposes
To protect your account, we may ask you to verify your identity before we process a deletion request.
