02How we use your information
- To run the marketplace: publish listings, manage accounts and connect buyers with sellers.
- To keep the site fast and secure, prevent fraud and provide support.
- To send service messages such as sign-in codes, listing updates and replies to your requests.
03AI features
- When you use AI tools (for example, filling in listing details from a photo), the photo and text you provide are sent to our AI provider to generate suggestions.
- AI suggestions are only saved if you choose to keep them in your listing.
05How long we keep data
- We keep information only as long as needed to run the service and meet legal, security and record-keeping duties.
- Backups and logs are removed on our normal retention schedule.
06Your choices and rights
- You can view and update your profile at any time from Account settings.
- You can delete your listings yourself, or ask us to delete your account and personal data.
- You may choose not to provide some information, but some features may then be unavailable.
